Previously trained and educated with a master’s degree in occupational therapy, 15 years speciailizing in working with people going through life changes as a result of medical issues. Further increasing my knowledge and experience by becoming a therapist specializing in the brain (NDT-C). Then continuing the path of exploring how we move, sense, function, and interact in the world by becoming a Feldenkrais practitioner and life coach. Live and Learn is a bringing together of all my experience and training.
